Delta MS20 Membrane (2m x 20m) – Cavity Drain Membrane
Delta MS 20 is a High Capacity Wall and Floor Waterproof Membrane.
2.0m x 20m – 40m2 Roll – 20mm Stud Height.
With superior drainage capacity and compressive strength, this waterproof and vapour proof membrane is used as part of a Type C waterproofing system.
This premium quality cavity drain membrane has a 20mm stud profile to deal effectively with water ingress and provide a high capacity drainage void.
Delta MS20 comes in a 40m2 roll, making it great value for waterproofing basement floors and walls.
Delta MS20 has a maximum load capacity of 150kn/m2 meaning. This means that it can support the weight of dry lining, most blockwork walls as well as plant equipment.
Uses of Delta MS20:
Delta MS20 is primarily used in basement waterproofing for new build and refurbishment projects.
It’s also used to provide cavity drainage waterproofing to tunnel and civil engineering projects where a high drainage capacity is required.
Delta MS20 is used for example:
- to waterproof basement and cellar floors and slabs subject to water ingress,
- as a waterproofing membrane in areas subject to vibration,
- in listed or historic buildings where a reversible waterproofing system is required.

Installation:
Delta MS20 is installed stud side facing the floor. Joints in the Delta MS20 are sealed using Delta Tape and Delta Corner Strip – you can buy both with us too.
Delta MS20 is usually used horizontally, but can be used vertically too where high levels of water ingress are expected – for example tunnels.

Top quality membrane. Thick material. Quite heavy but I suppose that’s a sign of quality. Used this on lots of basement and never had a problem.
